If you are hungry, they had popcorn and drinks in packages for singles or families at the entrance. The event has its own radio station, so not only can you listen to Christmas music as you drive through, but the lights flash and change colors to the music. The infield was not used, but the outfield and perimeter fences were used to string lights and have standing light trees and novelties. It really helped you to forget you were in a baseball stadium.

My favorite part was the strings of white lights strung from the bottom of the seating sections up to the club boxes. (My husband read beforehand that it is about a mile total.) We were very happy with the layout, as the traffic moved very well and they had done a good job decorating for the amount of space they had to cover. It is a drive-thru experience starting from the entrance on Prince Street, through the parking lots, around the back of the stadium, around the stadium warning track, and back into the parking lots. Also, they put a small dance floor in our suite at no extra cost.We decided to try the Clipper Magazine Stadium Light show this year for a $ 20 admission. They were also extremely accomodating in getting us stereo equipment to use for our reception (we didn't use a DJ). We were able to bring music for our ceremony that the staff graciously played on the stadium sound system- even for our rehearsal. They even refrigerated our cake when it wasn't quite holding up in the temperature of the room. The team mascot, Cylo, was sent up to visit our suite. Also, the linen colors were able to be varied at no extra charge.
CLIPPER MAGAZINE STADIUM UPGRADE
We were able to recieve an upgrade from standard black styrofoam plates to white china plates at no extra charge. We also were brought out to do a special first pitch prior to the game start. Again, we were married right on the field and were offered the chance to sit on the field for the fireworks following the game. Keep in mind, also, that weddings are not their primary focus. Thus, right before our toasts I had to badger a poor server to get them set up. Our row markers for the ceremony were incorrectly placed, there was a piece missing for our table centerpieces and our toasting flutes were never put at our table. The staff will do set up for you (not necessarily tear down) but you may be best to have some friends/family carry out instructions. Some things still never came to fruition- most of them, thankfully, minor. I watched our coordinator's and head caterer write down notes only to have these items need verified many times.

So here is my biggest tip: be extremely specific as to what you want and how you want it done and hold them to it. In our 6 months of planning with them we went through 3 coordinaters: 1st retired, 2nd quit and the 3rd one stuck. You may not bring any outside food or drink other than your wedding cake. They have in-house catering done by Hess's BBQ.

We rented a suite that could hold 50 people and used a pre-made menu. We chose to get married on a game day and were able to have our ceremony on home plate. The suites are not one size fits all- they have different spaces available for as few as 25 people or 100+. S available to rent either on a game day or any day.
